This website collects only the following browsing data, and only with your explicit consent:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): pages visited, visit duration, device type, browser, approximate location (city/region), traffic source.
- Internal navigation data: URL visited, referring page (referrer), user agent — collected anonymously for our internal usage dashboard.
No medical data is collected through this website. This site serves to inform prospective patients and facilitate appointment booking. No medical forms, patient records, or health information are transmitted or stored here.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data collected is used solely to:
- Measure site traffic and understand how visitors interact with content;
- Improve the user experience and relevance of published medical content;
- Identify the most-visited pages to guide information efforts.
Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Legal Basis — Explicit Consent
In accordance with Quebec Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), no non-essential cookies are placed without your prior, free, and informed consent.

5. Retention Period
- Google Analytics 4 cookies: maximum duration of 14 months (default GA4 setting).
- Internal navigation data: retained for 12 months in our database, then deleted.
- Consent choice (localStorage): stored in your browser until you clear it or update your preferences.
6. Transfer Outside Quebec
If you accept analytics cookies, your browsing data is transmitted to Google LLC (United States) via Google Analytics 4. Google LLC is subject to U.S. law and GDPR requirements in Europe. Transmitting data to Google constitutes a transfer outside Quebec within the meaning of Law 25.
We make no other transfers of data outside Quebec.
