A career dedicated to sports medicine
Dr Sébastien Labrecque-Sauvé is a family physician practicing sports medicine. Trained at McGill University's Faculty of Medicine (M.D.C.M., 2008) and having completed his family medicine residency at Université de Montréal, he has been practicing sports and musculoskeletal medicine since 2012.
His mission: to help patients in the healing process of musculoskeletal injuries to allow them to remain active, as physical activity is the best treatment for many chronic diseases.
Dr Labrecque-Sauvé holds advanced expertise in MSK ultrasound, including master-level training (Martinoli courses, Toronto) for both upper and lower extremities. He uses ultrasound as a clinical guide for infiltrations, ensuring maximum precision during procedures.
A member of the Association québécoise de médecine du sport et de l'exercice (AQMSE), he maintains his skills through regular continuing education, both in Quebec and internationally.
